Conditions of Use

This Conditions of Use Policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned about our company practices. These policies have been designed to best serve our customers.

Referral Program Rules

When we receive a first-time order for 3D printer(s) from an educator, we ask the new customer if another person referred them to NWA3D. If they identify you as the referrer, you will receive a $30 credit toward any purchase with NWA3D.

• One $30 credit per eligible referral order.
• You must use your credit within two calendar years from the date of issue.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
• This Referral Program began on May 15, 2019. Orders placed prior to this date are not eligible for the program.
• This Referral Program is not available to employees of organizations that explicitly prevent employee participation in referral programs.
• Employees of NWA3D are not eligible to participate in this Referral Program.

Purchase Orders

NWA 3D LLC charges a 2% processing fee on all deferred-payment purchase orders, with a minimum of $20. This fee is waived with payment in advance of delivery through card, check, or electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Returns

Due to the nature of additive manufacturing technology, NWA 3D LLC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all return orders.

• For purchases originating from our website, returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• For purchases originating from a purchase order or invoice, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
