Interactive Troubleshooting Form

We're passionate about empowering students to learn the processes of digital manufacturing and 3D printing. That's why we've created an interactive troubleshooting form, integrated into our existing Support Request.

It's similar to a "choose your own adventure" book, where the form will steer students toward useful information based on their issue and answers. Students can quit the form and contact our Service Team at any time to get help with their issue, so have them check it out next time they are having trouble 3D printing!
